Valuations
1We value properties in five different ways, each of which provides unique insight into helping our clients fully analyze the value of a property. We then compare the results from the five valuations to arrive at a single estimated value with a confidence rating.
Our Valuation by Features is based on the characteristics of the property, Valuation by Adjusted Auditor is based on an analysis of the tax assessed value of the property, Valuation by Prior Sale is based on the actual sales history of the property, Valuation by Best Comp is based on sold comparables, and Valuation by Active Listings is based on active comparables.

Comparable Properties
3We automatically generate a complete list of sold, active, and neighboring comparable properties using an algorithm that combines the recentness of sale/listing, similarity in characteristics, and the closest in proximity.
This statistically generated list of comps allows our clients to efficiently conduct additional research into a property with no selection bias and no predispositions--just the Comps.
